{"id":3244,"date":"2025-06-18T15:10:13","date_gmt":"2025-06-18T13:10:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/crta-robotics.com\/?page_id=3244"},"modified":"2025-06-18T15:44:19","modified_gmt":"2025-06-18T13:44:19","slug":"asap","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/crta-robotics.com\/de\/projects\/asap\/","title":{"rendered":"So schnell wie m\u00f6glich"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">ASAP \u2013 Autonomes System zur Bewertung und Vorhersage der Infrastrukturintegrit\u00e4t<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ziele und Ergebnisse des Projekts<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Um eine rationellere und geplante Instandhaltung der Verkehrsinfrastruktur zu gew\u00e4hrleisten und das Risiko katastrophaler Folgen des Geb\u00e4udeabrisses zu minimieren, ist die Entwicklung innovativer L\u00f6sungen im Bereich der Instandhaltung von Verkehrsinfrastrukturgeb\u00e4uden erforderlich. Ziel des ASAP-Projekts ist die Entwicklung eines Systems zur autonomen \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung und Vorhersage der Integrit\u00e4t der Verkehrsinfrastruktur als Teil intelligenter Verkehrssysteme und Logistik (PTPP 3) f\u00fcr die Wartung, \u00dcberwachung und Verwaltung der Stra\u00dfen- und Schieneninfrastruktur. Das System umfasst die autonome Durchf\u00fchrung experimenteller Tests von Materialien und Strukturen mit Hilfe von Robotern und unbemannten Luftfahrzeugen, die drahtlose Datenerfassung in Echtzeit und die anschlie\u00dfende Verkn\u00fcpfung experimenteller Testergebnisse und numerischer Modelle nach dem Prozess, um die Nutzungsdauer und die verbleibende Tragf\u00e4higkeit abzusch\u00e4tzen von Strukturen und das Speichern von Daten in einer gro\u00dfen Datenbank f\u00fcr Endbenutzer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gem\u00e4\u00df den Technischen Regeln f\u00fcr Baukonstruktionen darf bei Br\u00fccken und anderen Ingenieurbauwerken der zeitliche Abstand zwischen den regelm\u00e4\u00dfigen Pr\u00fcfungen 5 Jahre nicht \u00fcberschreiten und die Sachverhaltsfeststellung erfolgt durch Sichtpr\u00fcfung, Messungen, Pr\u00fcfungen und Einsichtnahme in die Dokumentation des Bauwerks , Ger\u00e4te und Ausr\u00fcstung. Die klassische Methode zur Durchf\u00fchrung regelm\u00e4\u00dfiger Hauptuntersuchungen ist:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>unsicher f\u00fcr Pr\u00fcfer \u2013 erh\u00f6htes Sicherheitsrisiko f\u00fcr Personen, die die Inspektion durchf\u00fchren, und erh\u00f6htes Sicherheitsrisiko f\u00fcr Benutzer von Verkehrsinfrastrukturgeb\u00e4uden, Unannehmlichkeiten f\u00fcr Gutachter aufgrund des Verkehrs auf der Br\u00fccke w\u00e4hrend der Arbeit, Beleuchtung der zu pr\u00fcfenden Oberfl\u00e4che, Unzug\u00e4nglichkeit von Teilen des Geb\u00e4udes usw Einfluss von Wind, Regen und anderen klimatischen Faktoren;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inkonsistent zwischen verschiedenen Pr\u00fcfern \u2013 da es kein Protokoll f\u00fcr die Pr\u00fcfung und Verwendung der erhaltenen experimentellen Parameter gibt, h\u00e4ngt die Bewertung der Nutzungsdauer und Belastbarkeit von der Ausbildung und den Kenntnissen der Person ab, die die Pr\u00fcfungen durchf\u00fchrt, wobei die Pr\u00fcfer aufgrund der Vorschriften f\u00fcr die \u00f6ffentliche Auftragsvergabe h\u00e4ufig wechseln ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>wirtschaftlich ineffizient \u2013 erfordert teure Mechanisierung oder Installation von Hilfsger\u00fcsten f\u00fcr die Inspektion schwer zug\u00e4nglicher Stellen, viele Arbeitsstunden, Sperrung von Fahrspuren oder der gesamten Stra\u00dfe, was hohe indirekte Kosten verursacht;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00f6kologisch nicht nachhaltig \u2013 Einsatz schwerer Lastkraftwagen und Kr\u00e4ne, F\u00e4llen von B\u00e4umen f\u00fcr den Zugang zu Elementen, Bohren von Betonwalzen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Die genannten M\u00e4ngel der aktuellen, klassischen Inspektion von Verkehrsinfrastrukturbauwerken stellen eine Herausforderung und Motivation f\u00fcr die Entwicklung eines autonomen Systems zur Inspektion von Verkehrsinfrastrukturgeb\u00e4uden dar.
