Die technische Grundlage des Projekts ist Video\u00fcberwachungstechnik. Nachdem die GPS-Position des geparkten Fahrzeugs ermittelt und dessen Kennzeichen ermittelt wurde, werden die Daten \u00fcber den Webserver zur weiteren Verarbeitung gesendet.
