Mohammad Hossein Abedin-Nasab, erschienen bei Elsevier): <a href=\"https:\/\/shop.elsevier.com\/books\/handbook-of-robotic-and-image-guided-surgery\/abedin-nasab\/978-0-443-13912-3\">https:\/\/shop.elsevier.com\/books\/handbook-of-robotic-and-image-guided-surgery\/abedin-nasab\/978-0-443-13912-3<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In diesem Kapitel wird RONNA G4 vorgestellt, ein fortschrittliches robotergest\u00fctztes Neuronavigationssystem, das entwickelt wurde f\u00fcr <strong>minimalinvasive stereotaktische neurochirurgische Eingriffe<\/strong>, darunter Biopsien, Stereoelektroenzephalographie (SEEG), Epilepsiechirurgie, tiefe Hirnstimulation und Tumorresektionen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das System basiert auf Gelenkroboterarmen und kann in zwei Konfigurationen betrieben werden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>einh\u00e4ndig<\/strong> Konfiguration, die den Chirurgen bei der pr\u00e4zisen Navigation unterst\u00fctzt, oder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>beidh\u00e4ndig<\/strong> in einer Konfiguration, die die autonome Ausf\u00fchrung invasiver Aufgaben wie das Bohren in Knochen und das Einf\u00fchren einer Sonde oder Nadel erm\u00f6glicht.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Die wichtigsten Neuerungen des RONNA G4<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der RONNA G4 zeichnet sich durch seine fortschrittlichen Funktionen aus, darunter:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Automatisierte Patientenregistrierung<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optimierte Roboter-Positionsplanung<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>eine innovative Lokalisierungsmethode, die Computer Vision und mathematische Sch\u00e4tzverfahren kombiniert<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Neuer Algorithmus zur Punktzuordnung<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Autonomes robotergest\u00fctztes Knochenbohren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Klinische Erfahrung<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seit 2016 wurde das System klinisch getestet in <strong>Klinikum Dubrava<\/strong>, wo sich eine Verk\u00fcrzung der Behandlungsdauer, eine geringere Invasivit\u00e4t, eine schnellere Genesung der Patienten und eine effizientere Nutzung der Krankenhausressourcen zeigten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Autoren der Kapitel sind <strong>Bojan Jerbi\u0107, Marko \u0160vaco, Darko Chudy, Bojan \u0160ekoranja, Filip \u0160uligoj, Josip Vidakovi\u0107, Domagoj Dlaka, Nikola Vitez<\/strong> und Mitarbeiter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Ver\u00f6ffentlichung dieses Kapitels best\u00e4tigt die internationale wissenschaftliche und technologische Anerkennung der Fakult\u00e4t f\u00fcr Maschinenbau und Schiffbau der Universit\u00e4t Zagreb auf diesem Gebiet. <strong>Medizinische Robotik und fortschrittliche chirurgische Technologien<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-envira-envira-gallery\"><div id=\"envira-gallery-wrap-4131\" class=\"envira-gallery-wrap envira-gallery-theme-base envira-lightbox-theme-base\" itemscope itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/ImageGallery\"><div data-row-height=\"\" data-gallery-theme=\"\" id=\"envira-gallery-4131\" class=\"envira-gallery-public  envira-gallery-2-columns envira-clear enviratope envira-gallery-css-animations\" data-envira-columns=\"2\"><div id=\"envira-gallery-item-4149\" class=\"envira-gallery-item enviratope-item envira-gallery-item-1 envira-lazy-load\" style=\"padding-left: 5px;
