CCVW 2025 in Zagreb: CRTA team presents latest research

The CRTA team participated in 13. Croatian Computer Vision Workshop (CCVW 2025), which was held November 5, 2025. at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, University of Zagreb (FER).

The workshop brought together researchers, academics, and industry professionals working in the fields of computer vision and machine intelligence. The aim of the event was to encourage knowledge exchange, present the latest research results, and learn about current trends in this field.

Our researcher Janko Jurdana gave a presentation entitled „"Uncertainty-Aware Vision Transformer for Prostate Segmentation in Ultrasound Images"“ as part of the technical program.

Along with the presentation, we also presented two posters:

  • Uncertainty-Aware Vision Transformer for Prostate Segmentation in Ultrasound Images
  • Motion Compensation for Real-Time Ultrasound Scanning in Robotically Assisted Prostate Biopsy Procedures

The poster section provided a valuable space for exchanging ideas, providing feedback, and connecting our work with current research directions in the field of medical imaging and computer vision.

The workshop program included oral presentations, poster sessions, and an industry track, with topics such as new deep learning architectures, uncertainty modeling, real-time systems, and domain-specific applications of computer vision. The workshop stimulated new thinking and ideas that will contribute to the further development of our research activities.

CCVW 2025 was an open workshop for researchers and industry professionals interested in the theory and applications of computer vision and image processing. The workshop aimed to promote knowledge exchange and foster collaboration between academia and industry.
