The project aims to develop an integrated technological platform for autonomous surveillance, civil security and crisis management. The platform combines a fleet of autonomous unmanned aerial vehicles, a mobile command center and an advanced software infrastructure based on artificial intelligence, edge computing, swarm coordination and interoperable communication via the TAK protocol. The system enables rapid deployment in the field, autonomous analysis of data from RGB, thermal and LiDAR sensors and efficient coordination of different operational participants.

The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture of the University of Zagreb participates in the project as a research and knowledge dissemination organization, with an emphasis on the development of advanced robotic, navigation, sensor and software solutions. The project contributes to the development of dual-purpose security and digital technologies and has potential applications in large-area surveillance, critical infrastructure protection, early fire detection, natural disaster management and environmental protection.
